Formerly offered free cloud development workspaces for open source projects on c9.io. After the AWS acquisition, c9.io now redirects to AWS Cloud9, a paid AWS service with no open source offer.

Eligibility: for the project; Historical only; the original c9.io service no longer exists.

How to apply: Not possible; c9.io redirects to AWS Cloud9, which has no OSS program.
